The Science of Yoga is a groundbreaking television series hosted by Dr. Jivasu, the founder of Soma Yoga. This series dives into the neurobiological and somatic foundations of yoga, making ancient wisdom accessible, scientific, and powerfully relevant for modern life.

Kiwanis TV Bingo is a weekly interactive program produced by the Kiwanis Club of Hamilton East. Bingo cards are available at more than 150 vendors in Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Dundas, Ancaster, Winona, Binbrook, Dunnville, Hagersville & Caledonia. Cards are delivered weekly for the upcoming broadcast. The Kiwanis Club of Hamilton East is part of a global organization dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time.
